Atlas

Organizer Portal

From nothing to a live, ticketed event — three steps.

Your events

Pick one to manage it, or start a new night.

Your details

Who ATLAS contacts, and who your guests can contact.

The name guests see on your event pages and tickets.

Shown to your guests

These appear on your public event pages. Leave any of them blank and nothing is shown — better than a contact nobody answers.

How we reach you

Private. Billing, payouts and anything urgent about your account. Never shown to guests.

Sign-in

Asked every time, even though you are signed in — a live session on a shared machine is the ordinary case.

At least 12 characters. Changing it does not sign out sessions already open — those last up to 12 hours.

Create your organizer account

An account is a workspace of its own — your events, your door, nothing shared.

The name guests see on your event pages.

You sign in with this at /operator.

At least 12 characters.

Create your event

A draft first — nothing goes live until you launch it in step 3.

/e/…

Shown in the event’s own timezone on the public page.

We read the public page and suggest colours and a logo. Nothing is applied unless you pick it.

Ticket tiers

At least one tier is required to launch — an event with nothing to sell cannot go live.

Fees are always shown to guests as their own line item — never folded into the ticket price.

Add a tier above to continue.

Review & launch

Launching publishes the event — the public page goes live at its URL.

Launched

Your event is live. Share the link — it is the public front door.
